Policy for Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Please give the practice at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. For patients who are receiving NHS treatment, If you miss two or more appointments or give less than 24hrs notice, we will  not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care at this practice.

For patient who are receiving Private treatment a charge will be made for late cancellation and missed appointments.

Complaint Policy

At Stratford Dental we take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that our patients are pleased with their experience. If you have reason to complain please contact us. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
